2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on okbet3. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
2.5 okbet3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source, less any winnings derived from play.

12.1 okbet3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, okbet3 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to your verified payment method after the completion of any investigation.
12.3 You may close your okbet3 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.
13.1 okbet3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.

14.4 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
